Refund Policy

Returns Policy

  • We will not accept any goods for credit if they are returned more than 7 days after the purchase date of those goods.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Any items returned, within the 7 day return period, due to an incorrect order being placed and the incorrect order being delivered as placed, will incur a 10% handling fee which will be deducted from the credit note passed relating to those goods. If the goods must be collected by our couriers, you will also be charged for the transportcosts incurred to return the goods to Bulldog Abrasives.
  • No goods will be collected from any customer by any driver or by courier unless they have the prior authority of our Operations Manager, Mr Imraan Cassim. It is the customers responsibility to call Imraan at our office and make the necessary arrangements for the goods to be collected. He will arrange the collection with our driver or our courier. He must be provided with a reason why the goods are being returned as well as the purchase date, and the invoice number of the goods being returned for credit.
  • If a customer incorrectly orders a "custom made", “Special Order” or "nonreturnable" item/items, this will not be credited under any circumstance.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy (if Applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your customer account or credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if Applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or customer account again.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your customer account or credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if Applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at imraanc (at) bulldogabrasives.co.za and send your item to: Bulldog Abrasives, 4 Andries Street South, Raumarais Park, Wynberg, Gauteng 2096, South Africa.

Shipping of Refunds (If Applicable)

  • To return your product, you should send your item to: Bulldog Abrasives, 4 Andries Street South, Raumarais Park, Wynberg, Gauteng 2096, South Africa. You can choose to use your own couriers or request that we send ours.
  • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for the items, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you used our couriers to ship the refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
