Deliveries Gauteng

• We use a route based delivery schedule that entails two delivery runs to customers in and around Gauteng as detailed below.

The delivery schedule applicable to each area is detailed below:

Two delivery runs per day in Gauteng:

• First Run: departs 07H00 all packed & checked.
• Cut off for orders on the first run is 15H45 the previous day
• Second Run: departs 12:00 on current day
• All orders received from 15H45 the previous day to 11H15 in the current day to be delivered on the current day
• Please note that the times that are provided are strictly the times that the drivers leave our premises on a scheduled given route and cannot be deviated from.

The above applies to the following Gauteng Routes:

• Edenvale, Isando, Kempton Park and surrounding areas
• Benoni, Boksburg
• Brakpan, Springs, Heidelburg
• Johannesburg Town
• Roodepoort, Krugersdorp, Randfontein
• Germiston, Wadeville, Alberton
• Vereeninging, Meyerton, Duncanville
• Randburg, Sandton
• Midrand, Kyalami, Sunderland Ridge
• Centurion
• Pretoria West, Pretoria North, Rosslyn
• Pretoria East, Silverton, Menlyn
• Wynberg Local

To ensure that all customers are accommodated, we have set the following guidelines to assist in smooth and efficient delivery services.

• Please ensure that all orders are placed as close together as possible in order to avoid receiving part deliveries and/or late deliveries to your business.
• All daily orders from all areas should be placed with the sales office or online as early as possible.
• We will endeavour to adhere to the scheduled delivery times, however, please note that there may be an exception when your delivery may not meet these times.

Deliveries all Areas not included in Gauteng

• All deliveries to areas not included above are delivered by our couriers. Our courier deliveries are collected at our premises every afternoon on every working day (Monday to Friday).
• All orders received after 15:45 will only be collected by the couriers the following working day afternoon.
• The estimated delivery times have been summarised below:
• Durban (1 Working day after goods have been collected)
• Cape Town (2 Working days after goods have been collected)
• Bloemfontein (2 Working days after good have been collected)
• Port Elizabeth (2 Working days after good have been collected)
• All other areas (5 working days after goods have been collected)

Orders from African Countries

• Orders received for African Countries outside the South African Borders are only done on a collection basis.
• These orders will be packed and kept at our premises in Wynberg until such time as they are collected by the customers chosen courier.
• The Customer must send us details of the person collecting the order for verification purposes..
• These order will be charged including South African Value Added Tax of 15%.
